Review of Sunset Boulevard (1950) by Charles G — 09 Jul 2015
Excellent film noir with some very drôle, dry dialogue that reminded me of that dispensed by Rick Blain in Casablanca. A good story that 'worked'; it kept going right to the end at which point a rather peculiar ending ensued with the rather maniacal former-star.
Holden's character was very impressive.
