Review of Sunrise: A Song of Two Humans (1927) by Riley R — 01 Jun 2007
One of my favorite films ever made. Some of the greatest camera work of all time, an story that tugs at your heartstrings, and a really remarkable achievement by Murnau. This is easily my favorite silent film (although there are several that give it a run for its money), and it is as beautiful as anything ever put to film.
