Review of Sunrise: A Song of Two Humans (1927) by Brandon T — 30 Jan 2011
This is probably the most beautiful silent film I've ever seen.
Its poetic in it's story of love regained, heartbreakingly tragic by its finale, breathtaking in its cinematography, and powerful from start to finish.
I'm glad it had a happy ending. Its been a long time since I've so rooted for one.
