Review of Summer of Sam (1999) by Torch C — 01 Jul 2008
Adrien Brody's character is an outsider, works in a gay club, and dresses and acts differently and because of those reasons, he is quickly suspected to be the Son of Sam. The film is not mainly about the merciless murderer of the summer of 1977 but about the lives of ordinary people, specifically of two friends, who seem to be affected by the murders going on around their area.
The cinematography is amazing, and the story is engaging and fast-paced.
