This movie takes a unique twist on the hot summer of New York as a serial killer (David Berkowitz) runs rampant. It explores the outside inner world of the characters, instead of the typical killer pov.
It does push the outer limits of movie reality and can get a little Spike Lee cup runneth over flair.
