Review of Summer Camp Nightmare (1987) by Grayson W — 26 Mar 2014
Government cuts can have a disastrous effect on social programs. One such example is at Camp North Pines where lower funding has left the camp with fewer counsellors. There is some immediate chafing against Mr.
Warren's rigid rules, which becomes a full revolt after he cancels the dance and talent show and decides the boys would not be allowed to see the girls at the neighbouring camp for the rest of the summer.
I expected this to be a slasher film but it wasn't and was pleasantly surprised that it was a serious attempt to make a good film.
