Review of Sukiyaki Western Django (2007) by Will H — 05 Feb 2009

Pretty good, but also really ridiculous in sort of a good way. The whole time I found my self asking what was indeed going on before a barrage of over the top gun/duel scenes took place, that aspect was fun.

Some of the shots were really cool, same with some of the inventive gun fight sequences. It was still kind of hard to follow though, and Tarantino's character was just weird and I really had no idea what his purpose was.

So it's a fun ridiculous movie, but it will also leave you asking: "what did I just watch?".
