Review of Suicide Squad (2016) by Alex A — 28 May 2017
This was my most anticipated movie of 2016 styling the best trailer I've ever seen. What we have here is missed opportunity. Suicide Squad has the most uninspired plot and a lack-luster villain, it is basically a montage of many superhero movie cliches.
The introduction of all the characters takes 15 minutes when GotG, a similar film, takes roughly 1. Many jokes fall flat. The editing is atrocious. This was the biggest disappointment in my life.
