Review of Suicide Squad (2016) by Nicholas M — 23 Jun 2017
In DC's third film in the new DCEU David Ayer delivers the stylistic and character themed love-story between Harley Quinn and the Joker as well as a team of villains who fight a mystical force (Enchantress) in exchange for shortened prison sentences.
I believe this is DC's second best entry (BVS being the best) its amazing character development for Harley Quinn, Joker, Deadshot, and El Diablo was truly amazing. Though the storys editing and production have lots of error along with its rushed first act the film pulls it off in a unique hip and fun new kind of way thats never been done before.
I personally would've raised the score of the RT to 93% because this is better than guardians of the galaxy and far more unique then any other MCU or DCEU effort. A 4/5 audience score as well.
