I liked this film a lot. Even though subject matter is based on suicides, that's not what this movie is really about. What's really dying is people's individuality, at the hands of technology, consumerism, fad-driven-culture, miscommunication (love the ear motif).
..just to name a few. The movie captures your attention by it's gory brutality then slowly and subtly offers possible causes/solutions. Great fucking movie!
