Dominican pitcher dreams of playing baseball in the US. I thought the movie was really interesting when it concentrated on the baseball system, but as it increasingly focused on the alienation felt by the main character as he got farther away from his support system, the more I grew to dislike him and increasingly viewed him as weak and opportunistic.
