Review of Suddenly Last Summer (2012) by Jeffrey K — 28 Apr 2008
Katherine Hepburn and Tennessee Williams are a match made in heaven. And I must say, Elizabeth Taylor holds her own as well. High melodrama, and dramatic lighting and score make this a titillating experience, even if the Hayes code unfortunately renders the great reveal of the film a little less revealing and a little more euphemistic than I would like.
