Review of Suddenly Last Summer (2012) by Adam E — 14 Jul 2010
Katherine Hepburn's and Elizabeth Taylor's acting in this movie is superb. The film is also a great adaptation of Tennessee's play, but it also takes the viewer back in time when Monty's alcoholism started to show in his movies.
His method acting reminds me of James Dean's in Rebel Without a Cause, too. This picture also exemplifies the power the wealthy have over the less-priviledged in society.
