Last night I pulled an old favorite film of mine down from the shelf. This film is STILL one of my favorites, this film was without a doubt the most influential movie during my years as a teenager. What film am I talking about?
The film adaption of Tennessee Williams's brilliant, over the top, SUDDENLY LAST SUMMER. Adapted for the screen by Gore Vidal, directed by Joseph L. Mankiewicz and starring Elizabeth Taylor, Katherine Hepburn and Montgomery Clift. Hepburn and Taylor give two of the best performances of their careers in this film.
