The third best dirty harry flick, it isnt some mind bending movie, it is dirty harry doing what he does, the plot is rather good though and the acting is all above par as far as action flicks go. it also coined the phrase "make my day" which is a great scene, and there is also the lesser known but equally great speech harry gives about dog shit.
..priceless.
