Eastwood's worst Dirty Harry film. This one has Sandra Locke as the killer in this one, taking revenge on the men (and one woman!) who raped her and her sister. Locke is no great actress and the fact that a lot of the movie rests on her is one of the biggest problems.
Also, Eastwood's films in the 80s were hit and miss and probably the most uneven decade of his career.
