Review of Suburban Commando (1991) by Jordan T — 10 Nov 2008
This movie is an absolute pile of shit. No two ways about it. It is poorly acted, poorly edited, poorly directed, and poorly scripted. In fact it is horrendously scripted. They develop the basic story well enough, but in the middle of the movie, there just seems to be all these scenes that don't fit together at all, but I really think they had no other ideas for the movie.
Hulk Hogan showed as an actor he is a good wrestler, and Christopher Lloyd just stumbles through this movie. Thank God Shelly Duval is in about three scenes. But, this movie is complete and utter nonsense, some parts funny, while others just leave the head scratching.
