Enjoyed it for the laughs -- how were the conjoined Damon and Kinnear going to accomplish various tasks? Both played off the other beautifully. The movie was less funny once they were separated, but Cher playing the Diva, mocking herself, helped.
The ending is a little schmaltzy but heartwarming. Pat Crawford Brown was terrific in a smaller role. Meryl Streep and Griffin Dunne also take some risks playing themselves -- sort of. If you listen to the Ferrellys on the DVD, you learn that virtually every extra is a friend or is there to support a good cause.
