Review of Stuck! (2009) by Michael C — 08 Jan 2009
Usually remakes of true-life events turn out over the melodramatic side. This film actually kept it down and was able to make the viewer feel repulsed at the antagonist. I can only imagine how the real life victim felt when he was left to die and the mere fact that no one would help him kept crawling into his mind as he slowly bled to death.
I could not even begin to know what the hell was going on with the suspect but I sure would understand that the only thing to do was the right thing to do. The actors did a very good job at their performances and the director did a fine job of keeping the pace and not dragging the story.
