I don't know what to say about this movie really. I wasn't to thrilled when I first heard about this movie, and it took some coaxing from friends to get me to watch it. First thing you need to know is this is not a word for word reproduction of the real event it was based on.

The incident in Fort Worth was more of a jumping point for the story, and brandi is the only character who remains very true to the real woman who hit the man. The movie is really a What if? tale. It is a good movie if you can stomach the gore, the dialogue is very realistic and doesn't feel cliche', the acting is very very good, and the multi academy award nominated FX artist more than lives up to his noteriety.

This film real isn't for everyone though. Some may find it to dry and boring, or to long for having so little elements to the story. The one thing that you can't overlook is that when it comes to capturing the grittiness of an event and really pulling you into a scene, Gordon still has it.
