The move I believe was more comical than anything else. I'm not sure how much it was really based on actual events. Of course, taking this into account I'm sure my thoughts would somewhat change.
I went on the internet to find out the real story that this was based on, but came up empty handed, with the exception of one fact: The real story happened in Ft. Worth, Texas.
