For 2002:
Its better than the 1st movie and full of the ingredients that will appeal to children.
Its a great family flick full of fluff.
The technical wizardry has come a long way too for the characters and action scenes.
Keep in mind the adults may squirm at this film being too cute and kidsy but it's not so bad that it will make you totally cringe and shy way from the great lessons of friendship, new love and overcoming the impossible no matter how big or small you are.
