Review of Struck by Lightning (2013) by Matthew D — 26 Oct 2013
Despite its well-acted but unlikable lead and it's rather weak plot, Struck by Lightning is a witty, sarcastic and frequently funny film that plays some nice spins on cliches with it's fantastic supporting cast (Allison Janney, Rebel Wilson) and its hilarious script, penned by Colfer himself.
But, the novelization, written by Chris Colfer, is much, much better.
