Another movie about the Boston Marathon bombing, but this has a more personal feel thanks to the strong performance of Jake Gyllenhaal playing a man who helped identify one of the bombers. Tatiana Maslany as Gyllenhaal's love interest is award worthy.
The movie is very understated with an authentic feel. While a couple family members may have been played over the top, it's Gyllenhaal who turns another gem. While not worthy of the nominations that many think it should get it's quite entertaining.
