The movie starts with a few hobos melting, then it turns into a film of little or no point (scenes of tramps playing catch with a penis, a needless mafia subplot, and something to do with a hobo having nam flashbacks).
Then the writer decides to bring the melting back in for the final 20 minutes. No, I have no idea what it was trying to do or be either. Utter cock hockle.
