Pretty good cop movie. Gives an insight on corruption that happens in a police force and divides cops from one another. Everyone seems to be on the wrong side of the line, but in the end Tom Ludlow was right.
I was pretty impressed with the acting by the cast, especially Keanu Reeves, Forest Whitaker, and Chris Evans.
