Borrowing so heavily from corrupt-cop movie cliches is bad enough, but copying their look, feel, and sound as well begs the question, "Why bother?" This dismal situation is intensified by an unimaginative script that features dialogue that may as well have been written by a high school student.
And not even a very intelligent one at that.
