Did enjoy this film, but once read the story thought would be another Serpico,which simply wasn't,Serpico is great,Basic story bad cop good cop, I'm not sure what Keanu Reeves was,yes a cop but confused cop yes your suppose to arrest criminals,nah save paperwork I'll just shoot and kill everyone criminals,cops,if it wasn't for the animal rights people I'm sure he would of shot animals as well,passed the time not great but good ;0).
