Keanue Reeves made a movie other than "The Matrix" that didn't suck! YAY for him! This movie is your traditional good cop versus bad cop routine with an expected twist. It's well shot and exciting but it's entirely what you expect it to be.
Enjoyable if you like action flick. Skippable if you don't. Replay Value: 2.5.
