All about corruption in the crime industry, regardless good or bad side. Personally, I find it lack of action and thrill. With such good casts like Keanu, Chris, Forrest & the "White Chick" Guy, I have high expectation.
Worth checking this out if you're into the cat-n-mouse chase & guns.
