A decent "street cop" movie that delves into the world of crooked cops and well crooked cops. The storyline had enough to it that it kept your interest for the whole movie but Keanu "I've can portray as much emotion as a floorboard" Reeves doesn't hurt the movie too much but sure as heck doesn't help it.
