The most under rated cop crime drama thrillers out there. One of Keanu's best parts. How does a movie like this get such a low rating is there a better cop film like this for 08. Come on, Forest, House, Jay Mohr, Evans, this movie is such a rush to watch, its like a video game on crack. Man this movie is right on target, what is wrong, don't you people get it, this is a work of art, that deserves way better then what you critics out there have given it.
