Review of Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li (2009) by Adam F — 04 Jul 2010
I was really rooting for this one to bring a little class to the video game movie adaptation genre but unfortunately it did not deliver. Between Chris Klein overacting (he felt like he didn't even want to be there) and the director's style, the movie just felt as if it never got its feet off the ground.
Neal McDonough did his best to make Bison really sadistic but it wasn't enough. The movie is pleasant on the eyes though. The dazzling choreographed fight scenes and Bloodgood kept me interested.
