Review of Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li (2009) by Thomas S — 15 Apr 2012
Guess what? It actually begins with promise. Guess what else? It brings some silly and illogical hocus-pocus into the plot, and everything goes down the tubes. And what's with Bison's stupid Irish accent? His is probably the least-accurate film adaptation of any fictional character, ever.
Chris Klein is also one of the worst actors I've ever seen. The only well-cast people were Kristin Kreuk and Michael Clarke Duncan (what the heck happened to him?) The first Street Fighter film was probably better.
..at least it was INTENTIONALLY campy. Good fight scenes/camerawork though.
