Ok so the screewriter of such Kickass films as Commando,Die Hard, and The Running Man tries a hand in Directing this one; seems plausible right? Wrong. What he gives us is Van Damme's first family oriented PG13 picture (never again),Raul Julia's sad last role (we'll never see him again), Kylie Monogue casted(whens the last time you heard a song of hers?never) As for the director himself well.
..(Steven de Souza hasn't directed a film since)Positives: "I am going to go up Reever and kick Bison's ass so ard dat de neaxt wannabe Bison we'll feeel it.".
