Review of Street Fighter (1994) by Paavo I — 30 Jan 2010
Amazingly, Steven de Souza, the screenwriter of Die Hard, managed to make a simple button-bashing fighting game into a war movie which chief message is to blame the United Nations for using diplomatic measures.
This plays like a bad Enter the Dragon ripoff with very little fighting included. The dialogue coach must've been Tommy Wiseau, as even Van Damme speaks much worse english than usual. Only for fans of very bad movies and only intoxicated ones.
