Review of Street Fighter (1994) by Harry D — 28 Jul 2010
On a typical Friday afternoon of November, Edgar decides to surrender to the popularity of a universally-acclaimed-as-dreadful videogame adaptation and watches Street Fighter.
On a typical Friday afternoon of November, Edgar is shocked by what he is seeing but is compelled to keep watching until the end because of his rule of never leaving a film unfinished.
On a typical Friday afternoon of November, Edgar feels insulted.
On a typical Friday afternoon of November, Edgar vomits.
On a typical Friday afternoon of November, recovering his breath, Edgar grabs the TV control and violently throws it towards the room window and breaks it.
On a typical Friday afternoon of November, Edgar is morally forced to warn the rest of the humanity to keep avoiding Street Fighter.
This crap belongs to the films that destroy childhoods (Mortal Kombat, Mortal Kombat 2: Annihilation, Super Mario Bros., Popeye, The Avengers, Dragonball: Evolution). The videogame character I had fallen in love with since I was a kid (Chun-Li) is destroyed. The power of fighting is vanished and the cast is terribly chosen.
The remaining question is... why?!
26/100.
