This is a really bad movie. It's not even fun to watch ironically. The only thing that keeps it from a 1/2 star rating is nostolgia. I grew up playing Street Fighter on my SNES and watched this movie when I was little.
Some of the cheesy one-liners and actually seeing the characters brought to life is pretty neat (no matter how off they look from the video game characters) Raul Julia is the best part.
