Other than Raul Julia's enthusiastic performance, literally none of the other actors, particularly Jean Claude Van Damme, gave two shits about STREET FIGHTER, and why should they? It's horribly written with inept action sequences and cheap sets.
STREET FIGHTER is so bad that it is funny, despite the fact that Raul Julia will always be the man, and this movie is a painful reminder that we lost him too soon.
