Yes, this movie's ridiculous, yes Jean-Claude Van Damme plays a UN Peacekeeper from America who kicks the crap out of people with his outrageous accent. Yes, Blanka is the result of a genetic experiment performed on Dhalsim.
Still better than Mortal Kombat.
