"Have you lost your mind?" "No. You've lost your balls." That's a sample of the laughable dialogue in this awful film. Raul Julia deserved better than this, and so did the classic video game series. Kylie Minogue as Cammy is the only redeeming quality of this movie. Although, I think Uwe Boll must have seen this movie, thought it was genius, and devoted his life to butchering video game movies. So I solved that mystery for myself.
However, for me, this is one of those "so bad it's great" movies.
