Thats just Trash at it's best. The Story about a bad Leader who wants to conquer the world isn't new and the hole Movie feels like you have seen this all somewhere else. The Actors are well chosen cause they all have some Resemblence to their Game Selfes.
The Performances aren't so good and this leads to some unwanted funny scenes. The hole Movie is very cheesy and full of Clishee. But thats a good point too cause it's funny that way. The Action is well made and good looking especially the Endfight of Jean Claude Van Damme vs.
Raul Julia. The Effects are good but some things are just looking stupid (Like Blanca). All in all an slidly entertaining MOvie with a good cast but bad Story, bad Dialogs and too many Mistakes in the Movie.
