Review of Street Fighter (1993) by Peter P — 06 Apr 2014
While the scriptwriters did a laudable job packing all the characters of "Street Fighter 2" into one theatrical storyline, this still was a disappointment for fans of the game and a travesty for fans of well-done movies.
The editing was terrible, the casting was worse, and the character potential for Blanka and Dhalsim was squandered in exchange for unintelligible wisecracking and corny dialogue. If it weren't for Raul Julia's uncanny ability to embody M.
Bison, this could've gone down as the worst video game movie ever.
