Review of Straw Dogs (1971) by Peter K — 18 Oct 2007
If, at the end of this film, you wish Dustins Hoffmans face was on fire so you could put it out with a wet chain, youre on the right track. Another Peckinpah masterwork, looting the psyche of the human mind for all that is depraved in us.
If Kubrick was a mere peasant, this is the kind of movie he would make.
