Review of Straw Dogs (1971) by Jason R — 06 Nov 2008
Brilliant and utterly mesmerizing. The build through the first half paces itself just right so we are prepared for what is to come in the second half. All around Straw Dogs is near perfection, the story doesn't give in to the usual plot lines, but would rather be realistic about the situation and characters.
This is one that I will be certainly re-watching many times.
