Review of Strauss R: Elektra (2010) by Lay J — 09 Jun 2011
Never have I seen a film with such vivid and illustrious villians only to be letdown with quick and cheap action bringing them to their end.
Elektra works to a certain degree if you watch it without a heavy heart. An assasin with a heart of gold,Elektra changes her outlook on life when she refuses to assasinate a target. Sadly this hardly comes off as touching and the film ends up being a fast way to cash in on the biggest buzz that came out of the DareDevil movie.
