A convoluted and clever plot which outwits most of today's offerings - the adage "They don't make 'em like they used to" couldn't be more true than with this film. A near masterpiece, marred only by some rather wooden uncharismatic female characters and a slightly farcical ending.
Recommended especially if you find the DVD with the US/UK versions on opposite sides. Fans of Throw Momma From the Train will find extra enjoyment from this original.
