Brilliant! Strangers On A Train is a dark, devious joy from the master of suspense Alfred Hitchcock, it's unbearably tense, funny, and very very inventive, with a mastery of lighting and cinematography to heighten mood and atmosphere, and some incredible set pieces, the stalking through the fun fair and the out of control carousel final are little masterpieces themselves within a masterpiece of pacing and technique.
Thrilling, enthralling and hugely entertaining. One of the very best from the big man.
