I love this movie. Its got a little rom-com action and it offers a glimpse behind the scenes in the madness that is a struggling writers process. Anything writerly speaks to my soul, and Will Ferrel, gives a restrained performance so atypical of the over-the-top, oblivious characters he's typecasted into portaying.
