Review of Stranger Than Fiction (2000) by Fred V — 24 Sep 2013
Although this is not my genre nor the setting I crave in comedy's at all, it was still a well executed, funny movie with a theme both familiar and somewhat interesting. Harold is both fictional and real, a boring man right up until the end, but the entertaining value remained high throughout the movie.
I'll forget the movie fast, but the small little lessons it planted and the feelings they went for - the classic live your life, don't be afraid to be young and free, just enjoy the ride, cling on to it, make it work for you - well, those I'll hang on to for a little while longer.
